Troubleshoot related to sales ordermanagement and its stage4) User profile administration5) Monitor the alert from JDELevel 1 support for IT infrastructure1).

Support users in issues related to IT hardware and software2) Monitor and level 1 support for network infrastructure and connectivity between locations3) Level 1 support for issues related to Invoice printers, Photocopiers, Fax etc4) Level 1 support for RF infrastructure5)Level 1 support for issues related to DR systems6) Maintain proper tracking of IT assets (Laptops, Desktops, RF Guns, Photocopiers, Printers, Access points etc) SkillsBachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)(Knowledge in SQL and Oracle databases is an added advantage).
