We are looking for a Digital designer/Junior art director with strong conceptualizations skills and can produce digital design to the highest quality standards from concepts development across mobile apps, web and motion. You will work across several exciting projects for some very cool brands.

Responsibilities:

- Active participation in brainstorms and other idea.
- generating sessions.
- Helps establish look and feel of concepts.
- Understands role of creative brief, how work should flow from it.
- Leverages an advanced understanding of technology, user interface design and visual design.
- Manages the creation and maintenance of style guides/online design libraries to accompany final deliverables.
- Actively participates in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters help other designers in news skills.
- Contributes to the development of the creative team's culture.

Technical skills:
- Possess advanced knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Must have exceptional visual design & layout, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong conceptual and visual design background pertaining to typography, color theory, illustration, photography, and layout.

Academic Qualifications:
- The incumbent should possess a tertiary education degree preferably in Marketing Design.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the similar role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
