В элитный отель ОАЭ требуется менеджер бара

We are looking for a Bar manager for the bar in our hotel.
It is the responsibility of the Bar Manager to ensure that the standards of performance that have been laid down are adhered to. In detail the responsibilities are:

- To ensure that guests expectations are surpassed.
- To ensure that the team is well motivated and trained.
- To ensure that the scheduling is effective.
- To work with the Food and Beverage Controller to ensure costs are duly kept in line.
- To ensure that all staff who present themselves on duty are wearing the correct uniform and are groomed according to company standards.

Personal Requirements: The bar manager must have a natural Yes I Can! attitude to both customers and staff alike. He/she must be able to lead a team effectively and keep them motivated. He/she must be able to set up the bar in a start up situation.

We are looking for someone with two years previous experience in a supervisory role in a 4 property of a similiar size. They must have fluent english. They must be a team player.
