We are a small but growing Business in Sharjah and we are looking to hire a new supervisor to join our team.

Your job will be to provide an example of excellence to junior staff members by exceeding all company standards, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability and ensuring guest comfort, safety and satisfaction at all times. To provide support and assistance for Staff members within the business, under the guidance of the Managing Director and Cafe Manager.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts either day or night.

Below are some of the attributes we are looking for in our new Supervisor:
- Ability to manage the staff while running a smooth operation.

- Increase staff morale
- Ability to motivate staff
- Implement changes as required
- Create a a team environment between FOH and Kitchen

We provide single bed, shared accommodation and visa, If you do not require accommodation you will need to be able to get yourself to and from work outside of public transport hours.

Salary and benefits are dependent on experience.
