We are a Dubai based Business Center seeking to hire a Sales Executive. The role requires understanding, analysing, and evaluating customer needs in order to successfully closing deals on available opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 2-5 years experience in sales, hospitality and customer service
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting customer and business relationships.
- Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered favourably
- Competence with relevant computer applications
- Knowledge in DMCC Company Formation and Visa Processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize and direct leasing programs.
- Present office spaces and available services in a positive light to prospective clients
- Determine the needs, company size and specific requirements of the customers.
- Stay knowledgeable of the Business Center market status and trend.
- Generate new sales channels
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
- Handles other admin works related to guest services such as company formation, visa application and such.
