About the Position: You have to be responsible for consistent operational and growth excellence having clear focus on full P&L accountability for non-retail channel andformulate strategies, objectives and targets to maximise the roIe and ensure that consistent (best practice) business practices are in place. you should be able todevelop and implement strategic and annual business plans for the non-retail function to expand each vertical and run profitable operations. To create a working environment which encourages brand values, team work and delivery of results.This would be a great opportunity if you are keen to make a real impact in the performance of the business as you will be making critical strategic decisions on maximising opportunities for growth and risk management in all product related areas.

About You:
In order to be a successful Head ofNon Retail you should have PG in Management, ideally with years of experience of which 3 years should be at senior management level.

Experience in distribution, Re- Export, retail network, wholesale and Corporate Sales, motivated and can work towards set targets and KPIs
